At Risk Marine, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Complete with all included components, accessories, and materials
Because our products are designed for emergency preparedness, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, opened extensively, damaged after delivery, or returned with missing components.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used emergency kits or survival gear
- Items with missing components
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
- Final sale or promotional items marked as non-returnable
- Gift cards, if applicable
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Risk Marine is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
If approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or any other charges related to returning an order. Risk Marine is not responsible for customs delays or fees.
How to Start a Return

Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
