Overview

At Risk Marine, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been deployed or activated (e.g., emergency signaling devices)
Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopriskmarine@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
